You may be on this site looking for a lawyer. Maybe you’re looking for answers. Maybe you’re looking for hope.
Whatever the reason for your visit, I hope you find what you are looking for. Please let me know if there is anything I can do to make this site better.
I have been practicing law in Texas for over a quarter century. I have litigated cases all over this state, in Texas and U.S. courts. I have also practiced before a few of Texas’ courts of appeal, the Supreme Court of Texas, the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court of the United States.
I currently accept family law and probate law cases in El Paso, Texas. I also do union work for a labor union and litigate other types of civil cases.
If you want to discuss your situation with me, I’d be happy to listen. I answer my own phone, so a game of phone tag may be in our future. You can also send texts to my office line.
